On the day, implants are placed at an angle to accommodate the cantilever forces distally positioned in such a way that the existing jaw bone is fully maximised.

Multi-unit abutments are then attached to the implants in order to correct the angulation of the screw channels.

This technique is ideal for patients who does not want any loose dentures. With the all on four screw retained restoration you can resolves this problem on either the upper or the lower arch or both.

After a period of 3-4 months a definive restoration with a titanium bar as sub structure will be made.
